I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being cleaned daily and fresh towels and sheets provided regularly. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both sweet and savory, to suit everyone's tastes. The staff, although not fluent in English, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the Old City center and just a short walk to the ski lift.

The staff is helpful and friendly, despite language barriers. The lounge area has internet access and the bar is convenient.

The hotel had a pretty good location, with shops and restaurants close by. The price was also affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were friendly and tried to help us out the best they could. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
